The New Year sees several exciting developments for NLP, particularly in the field of the Jewelled Egg range. One of these is The Cathedral Egg, which is now available in a Limited Edition of 100, and these may be purchased through:- www.salisburycathedral.org.uk

The Egg has been cast in pewter, heavily gold-plated and finished in lustrous translucent sapphire enamel. Beneath the enamel is a starburst guilloché engraved design. The chosen colour of the Egg reflects that of the predominantly sapphire glass seen in the Prisoners of Conscience window in the Trinity Chapel of Salisbury Cathedral. Overlaying this is a trellis of laurel leaves punctuated at each intersection with a Swarovski crystal.

The 'surprise' inside the egg is a replica of Salisbury Cathedral. This faithfully reproduced model has been heavily gold-plated, and stands 3cm tall.
This Egg comes complete with a gold-plated stand for display.

The purchase price of the Egg includes an agreed donation to the Salisbury Cathedral Trust. The Trust is dedicated to the long term preservation of this beautiful Cathedral for generations to come.

Other projects of a similar nature are under discussion at the present time, so on the whole this year will be a particularly interesting one!
